Need advice on MRI side effects and symptoms

I recently got a MRI and diagnosed… Im terrified and just would like to know if there are any side effects I should know about from having this… my symptoms are Nipple discharge, high prolactin levels, and irregular period… also not sure if it affects growth because I recently got a breast ultrasound and was told I have the breast of a 15 year old :’)

Can a Pituitary Adenoma Disappear?

Hi, I was diagnosed with a benign pituitary adenoma in 2021 after an MRI scan. This year on the anniversary of the diagnosis I had a second MRI and this MRI did not show the pituitary adenoma. Has this ever happened? Can a tumor simply disappear?
