I have vertigo and a condition that wasn't listed called PPPD. Both make it hard to exercise. How do my fellow dizzy people exercise without feeling debilitated for days? I'm open to anything.

Dealing with Daily Vertigo: Seeking Advice

At the end of September I ended up in the hospital for 4 days because of vertigo. I have had it before and generally it goes away, sometimes with and sometimes without medication. I still have bouts of it every. single. day. I have an appointment with a neurologist, but not until the end of December. Has anyone else experienced vertigo this long, with daily bouts?
