Anyone else have a lot of dizziness? Never can find a medical reason for it , and it is annoying that it can’t be explained !!

      Vertigo is the Devil... They said can flare up because of stress even if you don't know your stressing I'm actually dealing with it right now I try to do calming and breathing exercises but nothing seems to help then it just goes away on its own

      I'm getting hearing test tomorrow. Been having intermittent dizziness they start with hearing test. I'll let you know how it goes. Dizziness is awful I'm sorry. I've had some luck with non drowsy Dramamine.

        @Melady My hearing is great according to tests! Doctor recommended suppliments and white noise.

      I have vertigo so bad that I can't walk without falling over and just sitting I am dizzy going to the doctors in 2 days

      If the hearing test goes good, then maybe try a visual test!

      I have had vertigo episodes since 2009 ! Its awful. Did not have one since 2916 and now in the past month i have had two .. one of them had me vomiting fir 12 hrs and second one i was in bed all day (no vomiting) …. I take meclazine and diing the excersises. Anyone have any ado???
