I'm feeling depressed and anxious. I've worked from home for the last 3 years and I love it. Starting tomorrow I'll be required to work in the office twice a week on assigned days. I'm dreading the driving, the people and the noise. My mental health is already a dumpster fire and i don't want to have to try to mask that in the office.
