      i know it feels like you've messed up what could've been the best years of your life. but you can't change any of that now. dwelling on the past and thinking about how things could've been different is just gonna make you sadder, i know this from experience. instead of regretting the past or fearing the future, think "what can i do about it now?"

      it gets so soo hard sometimes. hell.. with depression it can be all of the time. but I'm proud of you. you're trying your best and even though you might not feel this way sometimes, you're enough
