I completely understand this as I have also felt this way. I think that it is so hard to just be able to live with the things that you’ve been through and dealing with the situation and processing it in a way that does not negatively impact you. It took me a long time to process my years of pain even from the things I could control it was hard. One baby step at a time. You can do this!
