      Hey! For me I saw a difference in my pain when I was going to aqua physical therapy weekly. I also have an anti inflammatory foods list that I had after being tested with a blood sample. I can't remember the name but it was costly, out of pocket. Avoid preservatives but not all. Try bland foods - potato carrot cauliflower rice almond milk. I'd definitely try to eliminate dairy as it's one of the most common allergens. I also go to a physical therapist that specializes in back pain. And a naturopathic doctor can usually help you find other practices that focus on chronic pain illnesses. That's how I found my fibromyalgia Dr. She opened her own practice for fibro and chronic pain, she also has it herself. Hope these tips help! Sending healing vibes
