I have so many weird things that stress me out or make me angry and I have no idea why. Do any of these things upset you? - People talking on the phone while driving/myself talking on the phone while in a car. - Eating while riding in a car. - Having to repeat myself/say something again. - Being out on the spot. The biggest one of my pet peeves is being on a car ride and someone starts talking on the phone. I don’t know what it is that stresses me out about it! I guess it’s just overstimulating? I hate that I get so stressed out so easily because then it takes a huge energy out of me and I get tired and exhausted.

      @Finleaf Yes! I hate that I have to repeat myself; I just don’t know why I get so aggravated!! If someone doesn’t hear me the first time, I’m either like “nevermind!!” Or I let out a huge sign, and immediately feel too exhausted to even repeat myself. It’s really weird!

      Having to repeat myself!!! I get stressed and upset and I hate it. I don't know why either. It's also ironic because between my APD and ADHD, I need to ask others to repeat themselves often

      I just hate how easily I become overwhelmed, the smallest think could change it happen and my entire day is thrown off and I just can’t function. When my dad asks why I’m upset and I say I’m stressed out, his response is always “stop stressing yourself out” or “don’t be stressed out”, as if I can control it? I hate that I get mad and upset so easily.
