Recently, while trying to sleep, my left arm starts to feel weird. It’s not tingly or burning or pins and needles or numbness. It’s an indescribable sensation, almost like something is moving under my skin but even that doesn’t describe it. It’s specifically bad around my shoulder and the back of my hand. I put a wrist brace on my hand and it alleviated it somewhat but it was still there and it makes it so hard to sleep. Anyone know what that is?
