      Bantam is right. It does get better. Some days are harder than others, but it's not like this all the time. It'll get better. But you need to be able to talk to someone you trust who isn't going to judge you. A therapist does amazing things if they're the right one for you.

      If you work through it, yes. I recommend finding a C-PTSD therapist, and the workbook for C-PTSD. It's long and hard work, but it can absolutely get better.
