Anyone else suffer from flares that make your whole face itch uncontrollably? Mine is so bad and i get bumps almost like bug bites and its so uncomfortable

I think I have those bumps on my hand. My rheumatologist gave me steroid cream but I'm not convinced it's doing anything. I tend to itch everywhere all the time now 🥺
