I had a horrible flare up just now over the past few months that isnt 100% gone away yet but has definitely gotten a lot better. but before i stopped scratching at it, i didn’t even want to go out in public. i have a dermatology appointment soon but i’m nervous they’ll give me some bs that doesn’t actually work like every other time and it’ll get bad for me again
