Dealing with a Horrible Flare Up
I had a horrible flare up just now over the past few months that isnt 100% gone away yet but has definitely gotten a lot better. but before i stopped scratching at it, i didn’t even want to go out in public. i have a dermatology appointment soon but i’m nervous they’ll give me some bs that doesn’t actually work like every other time and it’ll get bad for me again

I’m sorry to hear that. That sounds super frustrating. I hope they find something that can actually work for you. Otherwise, you’ll just have to advocate for yourself. Sometimes you have to be insistent with doctors.
