I do! I've not really met many people who have it... Everyone who doesn't have it just says not to touch it or to put lotion on, but they don't realize that that doesn't help me. I can't put most lotions on my eyelids, and the few I can don't actually do anything... So I don't know how to help you, just saying I understand.
