idk if it's the ptsd, bpd or psychosis but I very regularly feel like my life is just one big TV show or video game..the times it feels like a video game are the worst because it feels like I can't control my body, sometimes I'll "talk" to the "fourth wall" when I'm by myself and it's getting really bad. I'm constantly paranoid that one day I'll be too boring and the show will get cut and I won't exist.. I know it sounds crazy but, it's genuinly what it's like for me sometimes and it's so stressful to feel like I'm always watched..

This happens to me all the time, I remember being hospitalized trying to yell at the host/director. It's frustrating tbh
