I was recently prescribed trazodone to help with sleep. I knock out super fast, but snap awake 4-5 hours later with no hope of falling back asleep. Is this a common issue?

      this happens to me as well lol i'm on 100 mg and it doesn't do much for me. i'm really sorry your psychiatrist won't give you what you need because it definitely sounds like you need to switch to something else

      I usually stay asleep but maybe you need a higher dose. 50 or 100 works for me

        @Kingswife I’m currently on 100 so idk. But bc of my t1d i have a high tolerance to literally everything so it’s rough finding meds that work at normal dosages

          @DitsyDiabetic I actually tried 100 and found that 50 worked better. Maybe try going down? And if not you may need a new med
