Can't Sleep, Need Help!

I take 100mg tablets of trazodone to help me sleep but I haven't been able to find them in 3 days so I haven't slept in that time does anyone have any ways to knock me out

I take the same medication, you can always use OTC substitutes like ZzzQuil (just don't take it for a long long time as it can cause pain in the stomach, like weeks to months) that always helped me until I got my trazodone.
