Trouble Sleeping with a Migraine on My Wedding Day

I’m having a really bad day with pain in my neck and back. And woke up with a migraine as well. I can’t get up and walk around my house without getting nauseous and dizzy. I’ve take different medicine throughout the day with little to no relief. I need help.

Today is a very stressful day. For the next week I'm going to be packing everything me and my fiance owns while he is at work. Then Saturday me, my brother in law, mother in law, father in law, and fiance will be moving everything into our first home. I am so stressed out trying to get everything done in time I have a headache that I have already taken pain meds for and having trouble breathing. Does anyone have any good techniques for helping that but still getting everything done?

so tommrowo is my big wedding day and I'm so nervous especially walking down the Isle I'm not one to have attention on me In a serious manner I'm scared I'm going to fall over once I've had my vows done I feel ill be fine it's a party I feel like I'm falling apart one of my bridesmaids have cancelled on me (she's damaged her back it can't be helped but frustrating coz why wouldn't you be more careful but it ok) and then the car that's meant to take the girls has broke and the family friends who was suppose to take them have said yesterday that they can't fix the broken car so i have no way of 3 girls getting tj the venue I'm getting so stressed I'm allowing it I know it's going to be a good day but I'm so scared and nervous any tips on how tk stay calm 🙂
