Today is a very stressful day. For the next week I'm going to be packing everything me and my fiance owns while he is at work. Then Saturday me, my brother in law, mother in law, father in law, and fiance will be moving everything into our first home. I am so stressed out trying to get everything done in time I have a headache that I have already taken pain meds for and having trouble breathing. Does anyone have any good techniques for helping that but still getting everything done?

      You could do 5 senses exercise. It's 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste and describe them all. It helps me.

      Taking like 10 minutes to sit and meditate can really help. Even just 5 minutes of deep breathing can help ground you, especially if you're having trouble breathing. Just slow deep breaths for a short amount of time to give yourself some more oxygen and regulate your nervous system. And then getting back to it. I also work in spurts due to my disability. Like 10-30 minutes at a time. With like a 5-10 minute break in between spurts
