      I was prescribed an Estriol topical cream. I can’t really say it works that well. In conjunction with Lichen Sclerosus I also have a severe case of Vitiligo and Hashimotos Hypothyroidism

        @chango go to the gynecologist and they will likely prescribe you multiple steroid ointments that you use in a specific order to taper down the strength of the steroids and prevent flare ups

      I use triamcinolone prescribed by my gynecologist. I've used it for a few years and using it 3 times per week and it works for me.

      clobetesol I use when it is really bad...changed gyno and new Doc said try clean eating diet and use coconut oil daily...it is working
