I've been dealing with lichen sclerosus since the birth of my first born, I'm not sure if giving birth triggered it, but I've had....issues down there since high school. sex has always been kinda painful, but it was excruciating in the year after birth. clobex helped, but I'm so bad with routine. anyone else that has it, have you found using estrogen emollient cream along with the clobex helped? any other lifestyle changes that helped?
