Does anyone here have any advice for TRD or treatment resistant depression. I have not had any success with medication I have been on 11 different medications to help with my depression and none worked or if they did work I had an allergic reaction. My doctor recommended either TMS or spravato/ ketamine treatment. does anyone have any experience with these treatments or any other suggestions?
