Struggling with Treatment Resistant Depression

I am also dealing with depression and have tried a few medications that have only made symptoms far worse. My doctor basically gave up on me and said I should try to eat healthier and maybe that would help. I've researched a bit and am interested in ketamine infusions and TMS, but also unsure how to get either of those treatments prescribed.

I will elaborate more later when I have more spoons. Couldn't sleep last night and my daughter is sick. But it's basically going through a bunch of meds that wear off way too quickly at least that's how it's been for me.
