Alternative Treatments for Treatment Resistant Depression
Have treatment resistant depression for 8+ years. What type of alternative treatment options are there? I've thought of trying ketamine or psilocybin treatment

I was treatment resistant until I added abilify to my prozac, not sure if you've tried it or any other anti psychotic.

I found TMS helpful. The effect wasn’t permanent, but I did feel better for a while
