What might be what I’ve been dealing with for the last few years?: I’ve had many autoimmune symptoms for a few years but by far the worst has been CONSTANT severe urinary urgency and incomplete emptying and slow urine stream usually in the afternoon/evening. Now a lot of the time when my bladder is feeling extra pressure and urgency, the same spot in my mid back will feel pressure too. Has anyone else experience this? What helped for you? I’m not sure whether I should have more or less salt, more or less water, etc.

Based on the experiences shared in the context, it seems like you might be dealing with a urinary condition such as Overactive Bladder (OAB), Interstitial Cystitis, or a similar issue. Some people have found relief by setting alarms to remind themselves to use the bathroom, taking probiotics after clearing up UTIs, and going to a pelvic floor therapist. However, these are personal experiences and it's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
