Has anyone here been through TMS? this morning was day 5 for me. I keep having really vivid & incredibly disturbing dreams to the point where I'm currently feeling like I just want to go to sleep and not wake up.. it's also that time of the month so I'm sure that's contributing but holy shirt I am struggling so hard today..
