Hey, I haven't posted in a while, can anyone give me some tips or advice on managing chronic stress??

      Well I mean, I believe Jesus is the way. So when I'm worrying I've learned to pray and lean my worry on my faith in the prayer. I went through all sorts of spiritual beliefs trying to find an answer, but nothing has ever been like Jesus. Try praying for the stress and how to manage it to The Father God in Jesus name. And God rewards faith, so I'll be praying that He blesses you with enough faith to see change happen. I was a mess before God came into my life. I've since dropped the bottle, the smokes and all sorts. I didn't even want to at first, but now I'm so glad I did. Now I feel like I have a hope for my life. Anyway hope this helps, God bless.

        @AmaiTH Also their advice is also good. I just know that Jesus can bring peace from the inside.

          @AmaiTH I’m glad Jesus works for u, but keep in mind “he” is not the “way” for everyone, and we generally try to keep religion out of advice. I think what u said is fine bc u were just saying what works for u, but don’t suggest that to anyone seeking like urgent help ok?

      I fall back on my hobbies (video games, piano, puzzles) and confide in my friends & family. If I'm experiencing insomnia, I use a storm soundscape on the Calm app and try practicing mindfulness. One mindful technique that I use to calm myself down is to spell out words in my mind as I'm stating them in my inner monolog.
