putting on stimulating music, having fidget toys at the ready, turning off phones/distractions, and setting a 45 min work/15 min break cycle has all helped for me

@Eluvna normally I would make a Playlist for myself but college is putting me to work and now I have more homework, essays, and projects I need to do. Any ideas about splitting up time for other things but still having time for thee other things?
@jayyyy i'd look up study playlists on spotify/youtube in genres you like. also time blocking helps me, like setting the first half of the day for schoolwork/assignments with a todo list of what you want to accomplish doing the 45 minutes working/15 minutes break cycle, and then the second half of the day doing things you enjoy that are not school related!
Personally I try my best to limit things I know distact me (my phone, computer, art stuff ect.) Depending on what I need to focus on. It works pretty decently but not all the time
