i try to incorporate movement or rhythm into everything i do, it really helps. taking regular breaks to wander around or dance to music really helps me!

Listening to Lo-Fi with earbuds in with a set goal and going with the dopamine. The earbuds help me stop from getting distracted by sounds (cause I'm highly susceptible to noise directions via visual)
