I hate being tickled it poses sensory overload as I hate being touched. But im 18 and act like im 2 a lot especially around my gf who’s also autistic

Look into age regression for therapy. (Not sexual!) It's like playing with sand and coloring to escape adulthood (worst hood I've been in lmao)
