I have BPD and ASPD. my therapist won't work with me anymore because I don't know how to change. any suggestions?

      I'm so sorry. This is very unprofessional behavior and you deserve to find a therapist willing to work with you. Have you looked into DBT and/or personality disorder specialists?

        @FangedFairy i have started looking! I found one who's willing to work with me, but she doesn't do DBT

      Please see a new therapist. A therapist is supposed to help you change if you don't know how.
