Looking for advice on telehealth psychiatric prescriptions

Does anyone here have experience with psychiatric prescriptions through telehealth companies? Every psychiatrist in my area is rated 3 stars or less and I'm sick of paying so much for so little so I would like to try telehealth, but I don't know where to start or what's not a scam.

Anxiety (Including GAD)

Depression

Agoraphobia

Panic Disorder

I recently looked into this for my husband (I've already had a psychiatrist for years) and he needs help in that department. My husband had a Xanax Rx a few years back for GAD and he needs to get back on it but I read that those types of meds can't be prescribed through telehealth. I hope I'm wrong, please someone correct me if so

  @B3B3 oh I'm also on a benzodiazepine and would need that filled if I switched to telehealth. Maybe I'll have to stick with what I have.
