Looking for affordable telehealth options for mental health

Does anyone know of a cheaper telehealth that most insurances will cover? I've been wanting to get a second opinion for my mental health, but I'm not wanting to return to my family practitioner for another reccomendation.

On psychology today there’s a teletherapy tab and you can filter through your insurance!

i honestly can’t remember the name but Em from “And That’s Why We Drink” podcast used a telehealth for their ADD!!!

My therapist does all her appointments virtual and I didn't need a referral. I found her on my insurance website. I've also been able to get free sessions through my employee assistance program both mine and my parents program. Reach out if you have any questions, I've been through this therapy game a lot so I might be able to help
