Radical exposure tapping/RET? I have done that. I found it kinda weird at first but also found it to be extremely effective. I only had a few sessions while I was in the hospital. And it definitely desensitized me to some pretty horrible memories, which was really helpful for my PTSD. You definitely have to be open and willing to participate in order for it to be effective too. Highly recommended though.

I have tried it a few times. Still unsure about it. It makes my body feel weird. Especially my head.
