Connecting My Symptoms to My Medical Conditions

I had chronic nausea with my migraine condition prior to finding a good medicine for the migraines. Even when my head did not actively hurt, I felt nauseous. Part of this was various migraine medications that had nausea as a side effect. Part of it was also from having vestibular nerve damage that the migraine masked (inner ear nerve that effects your balance). I wouldn't always feel dizzy but would get the nausea and have issues with my balance for hours. An ENT figured this out. Also, anxiety -like from worrying about nausea- can cause nausea. There's medications just for nausea but they didn't work well for me. Sorry this is all speculation but I hope it helps.
