I know that it can cause dizziness, but I don’t know a lot about migraines. Of course, the fact that anxiety can cause physical issues doesn’t necessarily mean that this is the cause if you are experiencing unexplained dizziness and migraines. It could be related, or unrelated to anxiety. Depending on the type of dizziness, it can also be caused by a condition called Vertigo, or by inner ear problems. I don’t know if this helps, but that’s most of what I know. I have experienced dizziness from anxiety, but have only ever had one migraine (and it was not caused by anxiety, as far as I know). Though I know they are nothing compared to migraines, I used to get tons of tension headaches from my anxiety disorders, due to the constant muscle tension in my face & neck and clenching of my jaw.
