Swollen Lymph Nodes and Suspected Cancer

This is a weird question I realize but, I've got swollen lymph nodes in my neck(one is visible) and under my jaw(since 2016), my inner elbows(are huge), behind my knees, my arm pits and various small ones near my armpits and breasts. Thinking it could be lymphoma or leukemia. But it's a possibility it could be RA or Lupus(was told by a rheumatologist in 2018 I have all the symptoms but not strong enough to get a diagnosis). I have suspected cancer since 2015, when something seriously changed in my body and I dropped around 20lbs from Fall to Spring. Then the drenching nights sweats and daily clammy feelings. The immense fatigue comes and goes. Has anyone received a cancer diagnosis after being told for years it's Fibro?
