I was diagnosed with lupus recently after my Ana panel came back positive but I have lost a lot of weight recently (about 10-15 pounds and I’m already thin) and my left neck lymph node has been really sore the past couple of weeks and I noticed last night that it is rock hard and it felt like I was choking on it when I talked. Should I be concerned about this?
