If you have been on the same meds for depression for many years, and you feel the same, whether they up your dose or not, you think the Dr should change what you've been taking, because your body is used to the medication?

Absolutely I have had that problem many times and each time my doctor recommended a change in medicine except for the first time, they upped my Zoloft dose to 200mg and then decided it wasn’t right for me when I was 13..

You can always try a different antidepressant. Cbd has also helped some people and omega 3 is great too. ( maybe don’t do all 3 at once though.) I would just talk to your doctor some more.
