Anyone else stuck in the excuse loop refusing to get up and do ANYTHING vertically? Meanwhile watching self help videos and getting on apps like this to try and fix myself… god why can’t I get unstuck I’m wasting my life away

Hi, I think acknowledging the problem and asking for help or advice, even if it's in this app, is already a start. Try to think about what stops you from doing something and what gets you stuck at that point? Is it fear of moving forward? is it difficult to admit the problem not anonymously? Is it a financial matter or anything else? Maybe once you try to make a list of pros and cons you will be able to gain insight. I promise that everything will turn out well in the end.

@David1212 that’s really helpful and kind, thank you I will actually take your advice and examine these things and maybe I’ll find my reason bc that’s been tough is that I don’t have a purpose and nothing to work towards so I know I really need to dig deep and find that. Great advice ☺️
