Try doing things you prefer doing, or try to draw out someone else who may want to front

We try to take time to think about what we want or would want to do if we could do whatever we wanted! Trying to do things that validate yourself while you're at front, like dressing comfortably, listening to music you like, trying activities you've always wanted to do!

What helps us is positive triggers. Listen to music other like, tv, clothes, etc. If that doesn't work, find some comforting stuff and coping skills. Try to stay safe and ride it out

A: One suggestion for handling being front stuck is to try engaging in activities that another alter enjoys, such as watching, eating, or playing something they like. This might encourage the brain to release you and let the other alter come forward. Additionally, talking to friends who are also systems can help you feel better and provide support during this time.
