does anyone have advice for coping with a strong sense of self hatred? I don't like fronting because I hate the way I am, but also am discouraged and lonely because I don't front. but then it's like the cycle repeats because I hate how I interact with people and I go back to never fronting. I don't know how to make it stop.

my advice is not easy to follow, but it's what has helped me identify the specific behavior(s) you don't like, and ask yourself some questions. why do you do that? what can you do instead? often labeling specific behaviors can help you spot them and you can correct yourself give yourself time and patience. growth takes time, and that's okay. little seeds can grow into huge, towering strong trees. it's all about time and taking care of yourself
