As for finding work with a theater degree without doing theater, I’m afraid I can’t say, as I basically just want to another acting school after graduating. BUT what I can tell you is that in a few months, you won’t have to deal with any of the personalities and all of the inner-department BS will be over. Many are peaking now in college and, even if they’re not and go on to have successful careers, they won’t be your problem. Hang in there. I promise it gets better and you will have friends that you haven’t even met yet.
