My brain is having more and more days of "I want nothing but peace and quiet so shut up and leave me alone or I'm gonna get angry" days, I know it sounds harsh but this applies to any sound ever that are other than the ones I choose to listen to, my sensory issues have been challanged a lot and it's days like these where my brain is just in total burn out after days of masking. Does anyone else have days like this or something similar and if so, are there ways to help calm myself?
