I cut myself off from my family and friends because I feel like I don’t deserve to have fun or be happy and it fu**ing sucks I what to live my life and be happy but I feel like I don’t deserve it.

I experience the same thing a lot of times , I would say the best way I have dealt with it is just to acknowledge why I think I don't deserve to be happy and tell myself it's not my fault that things happened the way they did and I know it's kind of cliche but it's works most of the time
