another night I can't sleep because I can't stop racing thoughs, panicking and spiralling and crying. My eyes hurt, my head hurts, I just want relief but I can't stop this cycle. I feel so hopeless.

When my mind start to wonder I can't sleep then my head starts to hurt but I keep telling myself everything is alright but I know it's not. I don't get that much sleep I just turn trying to make myself tired. When I do go to sleep I have nightmares and I want back up. I want to know how I can stop it
