i was diagnosed with panic disorder approximately 2012, haha tbh I forgot what I put on my profile, like alot of u prob. ive been too see soo many mental health pros and had soo many da's done its exhausting and hard too remember. But out of all my menta illnesses this one has me too my knees and has ruined my true self. Please I know I am not the only one even though it feels like it and I am a freak.
