I’ve been fairly obese my whole life and I KNOW it’s contributing to my poor mental health at this point. Does anyone have good tips on begging to losing weight, especially something doable for a big person.

      Check out the Instagram account Justinagustin (Justin Agustin) he has so many great videos to help people who aren’t in good shape yet and has a lot of easier work out routines to start off with. Plus he shows a lot of support for those who aren’t the “standard” body you see on Instagram working out.

      Start with your mindset and the way you talk to and about your body. You have to love and be grateful for it no matter the size. Once you change your relationship with your body, you will become more protective of it and drawn to healthier things with almost no effort. I also do not restrict anything because then I focus on it and want it more. I highly recommend nerd fitness academy’s online program.
