Struggling with Numb Emotions and Lack of Enjoyment

I'm not sure if it's cause my anxiety or ADHD I'm not depressed but I struggle to finish tasks like art projects, I don't enjoy anything I used to anymore, my emotions have gone numb over time like I'm burt out ig u could say I don't even enjoy simple things like eating or sleeping anymore I've been struggling with this for a few months now and I havnt found a solution and therapists don't help

      @Violet_Beauregarde I tried 3 meds or maybe 4 types but got most the side affect of them so I couldn't take them after a while my doctor kinda gave up and tried to re diagnose it as anxiety but that didn't help either, I didn't try that med type and am willing to see if my doctor prescribe it

      Poorly managed ADHD causes anxiety & depression for a lot of people. Are you taking meds? Concerta XR helped me a lot.

      I have been feeling the same way lately, its both ADHD and anxiety that are doing that to you. I'm sorry that you're struggling I wish I could help
