Struggling with New Symptoms and Diagnosis

Numbness in hands may be a POTS thing? Sometimes it is for me. Try laying on the floor completely flat or with your feet slightly elevated to see if that helps. If it does, bring that up with your doctor.

Hi there I have been having those same symptoms and more for past two years. My primary discussed long Covid and POTS with me and my cardiologist said it was autonomic nervous system issues. I do not have a hard diagnosis here yet still getting tests however there are some things that can help. With POTS fainting is common and the recommendation is to increase water and salt intake as well as wear compression socks/tights. For me anxiety and stress make things worse it could be helpful to write down any potential triggers for when these symptoms come on. I feel frustrated most days because I don’t feel like my old self at all and I am still getting used to not pushing myself to hard and taking care of myself. My best things that help is laying down and keeping my legs up if possible and also ice packs on the back of my neck or wrist. I am also on an anti inflammatory diet now as well. I hope you can get a diagnosis soon and hopefully feel better ❤️
