Numbness, Fluttering Heart, and Painful Knots in Neck

This happens to me but I am also probably getting diagnosed with POTS so they said that had to do with POTS. I also get leg cramps and muscle spasms accompanying. So idk if that is an anxiety thing with me

This happens to me at least 5 days a week but I don't know why. Gentle stretching seems to help. The tingles I get though I think have to do with my peripheral neuropathy

I am also hyper mobile technically and have nerve damage so that's part of the reason why my nerves go numb when I put too much pressure on them or they are so low to the ground compared to the rest of me.

I got this too sometimes. I would just do my best at doing something that calms me down like drawing or listening to music. Usually it was always the anxiety and nothing more. Although it’s never bad to be concerned and address these symptoms to a professional.
